Welthr is a software tool for manually recording and visualising personal holdings. It is not a broker, bank, or investment adviser.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service (e.g. attempting unauthorised access).

Use the platform only for lawful personal portfolio tracking.

Do not upload malicious content, scrape the service in ways that impair others, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Market data, NAVs, and FX rates may be delayed or incorrect. Verify critical figures independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on displayed information.
