A deduction for health insurance premiums for yourself, your family and your parents, in the old regime.
Up to ₹25,000 a year for yourself, spouse and children (₹50,000 if you're 60 or older), and another ₹25,000 for parents (₹50,000 if they're senior citizens). Preventive health check-ups count within the limit, up to ₹5,000.
